How we're different

An extension of your team — not another vendor running one campaign.

Vanity Campaigns
Isolated pushes, rented attention, no compounding value once the budget stops.
Freeform Systems
Owned media, content, and pipeline infrastructure that keeps generating leads and coverage.
Vanity Campaigns
Metrics that look good in a slide deck but don't move revenue.
Freeform Systems
Reporting tied to RFPs won, press secured, and qualified pipeline.

About Freeform

Built for the firms that build, engineer, and serve Southern California.

Freeform PR & Branding works with architecture, engineering, construction, and industrial-services firms, home and property services companies, high-impact nonprofits, and commercial real estate and hospitality brands across Los Angeles and SoCal. We operate as an embedded team member — not a rotating vendor — building the full marketing system your growth depends on: web, paid and organic search, social, and press, as owned infrastructure that compounds over years, not campaign cycles.

Scope

A five-channel engagement — web, business development, paid search, SEO, and social — for a Los Angeles luxury landscape design and installation company.

Strategy

Treat the website, outreach, paid search, organic search, and social as one connected system rather than five separate vendors, so each channel reinforces the others.

Results

Clean, reliable conversion data for the first time, a paid search account built around proven performance, and a qualified pipeline of trade-partner leads across coastal LA neighborhoods.

Full Scope

Bella Landscaping came to Freeform with a Google Ads account that was spending steadily without a clear read on what was actually driving leads. Rather than treat that as an isolated paid-search fix, Freeform took on the full marketing picture — web, outreach, paid, organic, and social — as one coordinated engagement.

The Five Workstreams

Web Development

Built and shipped new geo-targeted service pages on Bella's existing site while scoping a full rebuild to give the marketing work a stronger foundation to run on.

Business Development & Outreach

Stood up a dedicated outreach program and inbox to reach general contractors, landscape architects, developers, and property managers directly across Bella's target neighborhoods.

Paid Search (PPC)

Diagnosed and fixed a conversion-tracking gap, rebuilt the keyword structure around proven converters, and layered in negative keywords to stop wasted spend.

SEO

Set up Google Business Profile, GA4, and Search Console properly, then built geo-targeted pages and updated structured snippets to support both search and outreach.

Social Media

Ran on-site content days to start building out a library of job-site and portfolio photography and testimonial content for ongoing use.

Outcome

Bella now has accurate conversion tracking, a paid search account rebuilt around what actually works, and a growing list of qualified trade-partner leads across Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Bel Air, the Hollywood Hills, and neighboring coastal communities.

The same framework, applied to Commercial Real Estate & Hospitality

The five-step methodology — Understand, Clarify, Build, Activate, Improve — isn't specific to AEC. Commercial real estate brokerages use it to build broker and market authority; hospitality brands use it to turn openings and events into sustained local press and repeat-visit demand. The system stays the same; only the story and channels shift.
